Positive: It's Hawaii and an area we like.

Negative: Many of the windows are louver widows. None opened or closed properly. Some glass panels were missing, so even if the mechanism worked, they still would not be truly closed. Only one side of the screen door on the upper deck opened. There were tripping hazards entering the bedroom and at the transition from the living room to the kitchen. The door to the combo bathroom/laundry are swinging bar type doors that go almost all the way to the ceiling but stopped about a foot from the floor they offer almost no privacy when using the bathroom. The latch on the bathroom doors was a small hook and eye. The door to the laundry closet in the bathroom was broken, so count not be closed to hide the stacked washer dryer. The carpeting on the stairs and the sectional sofa were dirty. On our arrival I emailed the property manager regarding these and other issues. They got back to me midday on our last day on the island saying they'd look into it.
